As a national high-tech enterprise, Dixian adheres to the advantages of cost and technology leadership. Our R&D team has experienced and professional resource development, design and automation development teams, and has flexible production capabilities. We are committed to solving global technological problems, combined with the latest technological developments, to provide customers with the highest quality and efficient services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our R&D team has a total of approximately 110 people and is divided into six groups according to different positions:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Project Manager
\u25cf Coordinate the development of product engineering;
\u25cf Responsible for coordinating resources from all parties, resolving major issues, and controlling risks;<\/td>		Hardware Engineer
\u25cf Responsible for hardware technical specifications and hardware development;
\u25cf Lead the project hardware node review, control hardware risks, and solve hardware technical difficulties;<\/td><\/tr>
Software Engineer
\u25cf Responsible for software and firmware development;
\u25cf Responsible for planning and participating in the development of software system solutions;
\u25cf Responsible for implementing new software functions and requirements;<\/td>		Structural Engineer
\u25cf Responsible for product structure design;
\u25cf Responsible for reviewing design changes and recognizing parts for mold samples;<\/td><\/tr>
Photothermal Engineer
\u25cf Responsible for the design parameters and inspection standards of optical devices\/components
\u25cf Responsible for optical design, process development, validation, and testing of innovative hardware products;
\u25cf Responsible for pre-researching the technological development trends of various display light sources;<\/td>		DQA Engineer
\u25cf Responsible for the preparation of reliability testing outline and testing plan;
\u25cf Promote product research and development reliability design work, and formulate reliability design specifications for the entire machine and components;
\u25cf Responsible for product certification work;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We also implement strict quality management, implementing standardized software engineering processes for each project to ensure product quality and stability in engineering implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
